p.s. i cant sleep
i hate my allergies so bad! this year has been such a horrible allergy season, i have felt like crap all this week! i cant get to sleep tonight cuz im so congested. good thing its a weekend and i can sleep in tomorrow if im still not too congested to breathe. Anyone know a place where allergies dont exist? As long as its not Texas or Middle Earth, im good on moving there. like now. k bye.

That sucks its been bad for me too i havent had then that bad.. My sister has told me about this thing called a neddy pot (im not sure how to spell it or what its about) she says that it works wonders i will ask her more about it cause she gets them that bad and hasnt since she used one. Hope that kinda helped -Steph
That's so sad! I have never had allergies bad enough that I couldn't sleep. Usually they make me fall asleep cuz my eyes get so itchy. Maybe you need to move to southern Utah, cuz I haven't had them since I moved here. Same with my husband. But it probably all depends on what you're allergic to.
I hate allergies. I hope they get better soon.

She said it workes wonders and that she hasnt had to take allergy meds since she got it. hope that helps! Steph
